As a Client Solutions Architect Manager in the Embedded Payment group, you will be a key part of a team that supports the sales process for technical adoption of comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges. Your role involves developing solutions that add value to clients, tracking product usage, and ensuring successful results.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead configuration and modification of the firm's products and solutions in partnership with Technology to meet complex client use cases.
2. Support Sales in solutioning, deal stages, pricing, pipeline, and account planning.
3. Engage with client technical teams to deliver presentations and demonstrations on product capabilities.
4. Identify and define development requirements for product enhancements based on client feedback.
5. Participate deeply in defining customer strategy, identifying and closing new opportunities, and accelerating solution adoption within the Embedded Payments team.
6. Serve as a subject matter expert on Embedded Payment solutions, translating client needs and industry trends into technical requirements for SaaS platforms, Marketplaces, and Fintechs.
7. Demonstrate knowledge of U.S. regulatory frameworks relevant to diverse customers.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise across related products.
• Deep technical understanding for solution configurations in a specific domain.
• Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline, and account planning.
• Experience working with clients in technology fields and interfacing with engineers.
• Ability to read API documentation and assist clients with integration questions.
• Knowledge of payment rails such as ACH, RTP, Wires, and Push-to-Debit.
• Strong executive engagement skills and ability to build relationships with decision-makers at all levels.

Base salary in Jersey City, NJ ranges from $118,750 to $187,500 annually.
