FactSet, based in Chicago, is seeking a Client Solutions Associate to build strong client relationships, drive product adoption, and deliver onboarding training. You will translate client workflows into effective FactSet solutions and train users on models, screens, and automated processes.

Ideal candidates bring client-facing experience, strong communication, and a solid Finance/FinTech interest, with proficiency in Excel and the MS Office suite.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree Conferred by May 2027.
• Strong communication and client-facing experience.
• Proficiency at learning and using new technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with clients to understand their business and investment processes and provide solutions using FactSet products.
• Provide support for FactSet applications and create custom FactSet models, screens, and automated processes.
• Plan and lead product trainings in client offices and at training seminars.
