FactSet in San Francisco is seeking a Client Solutions Associate to deepen client relationships, promote product usage, and support onboarding. You will work with leaders in the financial industry to understand workflows and tailor solutions using FactSet products.

After training, you’ll combine knowledge of the FactSet system with finance and technology to train clients, provide support, and gather feedback for product development. This role emphasizes customer focus and collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required by January 2027.
• Strong communication skills and client focus.
• Interest in Finance/FinTech and teamwork across functional areas.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with clients to understand their business and investment processes and provide solutions using FactSet products.
• Provide support for FactSet applications and create custom models, screens, and automated processes.
• Plan and lead product trainings in client offices and at training seminars.
