FactSet Research Systems Inc. is seeking a Client Solutions Associate to engage with financial industry leaders, understand their workflows, and deliver customized data-driven solutions. You will promote usage of APIs, datafeeds, and cloud services while guiding clients through tailored trainings and reviews.

You will build trusted relationships, expand product knowledge across multiple clients, and contribute to onboarding and ongoing client success in a hybrid SF/Boston environment.

Qualifications

• Client-facing experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, or scripting languages.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Form relationships with technical leaders to understand objectives and tailor solutions.
• Promote adoption of FactSet APIs, datafeeds, and cloud services.
• Plan and lead product trainings, feedback sessions, and business reviews.
• Provide guidance on FactSet data solutions and increase user adoption.
• Onboard clients through targeted training and ongoing support.
