Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Business Solutions Advisor for the Central Detroit Market with the Sterling Heights location. This role focuses on providing specialized advisory services to financial center clients, balancing sales, risk, and client care across borrowing and banking products.

The position is full-time, onsite, with potential placement at different nearby financial centers. You will train at a center and then be placed as needed within a reasonable commute.

Qualifications

• Has demonstrated experience and proven success with business-to-business sales and/or small business banking.
• Has strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients.
• Has effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience and problem resolution.
• Has a proven sales track record.
• Can build productive partnerships and working relationships.
• Is experienced with outbound phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Recommends financial advice and guidance that align with client financial goals and needs
• Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank
• Analyzes client financial needs and applies knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend services
• Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conducts follow-ups
• Makes decisions on client requests and referrals to internal partners
• Partners with leaders to coach associates for exceptional client experience
