The role balances sales performance with risk and client care, training at a central Financial Center before potential relocation within commuting distance. Open to market-wide placement per business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in business-to-business sales and/or small business banking
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence clients
• Excellent customer service skills covering end-to-end client experience
• Proven sales track record
• Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships
• Experience with outbound phone sales

Responsibilities

• Recommends financial advice and guidance aligning with client goals
• Builds and deepens client relationships leveraging the bank's full capabilities
• Analyzes client needs using borrowing and banking knowledge to tailor services
• Connects with clients via outreach and pipeline management with regular follow-ups
• Makes decisions on client requests and refers to internal partners as needed
• Partners with leaders to coach associates during meetings for exceptional client experience
