We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Client Solutions Advisor to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll work closely with prospective and current clients to understand their unique needs and offer tailored solutions that deliver real value. This is a consultative position ideal for someone who thrives on building trust, solving problems, and supporting long-term success.
What You’ll Do
Engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and preferences
Recommend personalized product or service solutions based on client needs
Guide clients through the onboarding and decision-making process
Maintain consistent follow-up and build strong client relationships over time
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
Document all interactions and progress in CRM tools
Contribute to team goals around retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth

Compensation
Salary Range : $80,000 – $120,000 per year (base + bonuses / commissions)

What We’re Looking For
Strong communication, listening, and consultative selling skills
Ability to simplify complex topics and guide clients to confident decisions
Organized, dependable, and driven by client success
Experience in customer success, sales, or solutions advising is a plus
Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools
Willingness to obtain a Life and Health insurance license (training provided, if applicable)
