We’re looking for a Customer Solutions Manager (also known as a Functional Consultant) to join our US team. You’ll be the frontline CRM expert, supporting internal teams across the Americas and collaborating with our Australian-based CRM services team. Your focus will be on delivering and maintaining Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service applications, ensuring workflows operate smoothly, and providing fast, effective support to users.

What You'll Do

  1. Own CRM support across the Americas—troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams in the US and CRM professionals in Australia.
  3. Build efficient workflows and automation using Power Automate.
  4. Train, guide, and support users to maximize their CRM capabilities.
  5. Keep up with platform upgrades, patches, and improvements.

What You Bring

  • 3–8 years’ experience in IT or CRM-focused roles.
  • Solid knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, and model-driven apps.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for solving problems and making technology accessible and useful.
  • Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Microsoft certifications, especially in Dynamics 365.
  • Experience working with global or offshore teams.
