We’re looking for a Customer Solutions Manager (also known as a Functional Consultant) to join our US team. You’ll be the frontline CRM expert, supporting internal teams across the Americas and collaborating with our Australian-based CRM services team. Your focus will be on delivering and maintaining Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service applications, ensuring workflows operate smoothly, and providing fast, effective support to users.
