Responsabilidades

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service banking resources.
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently for clients.
• Build relationships to meet clients' financial needs and goals.
• Follow processes and guidelines to act in the client's and bank's best interests.
• Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
• Drive the client experience and ensure quality service.
• Support cash handling and operational risk controls.
