Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage lobby clients and educate on self-service options (ATM, online/mobile banking).
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build relationships to meet clients' financial needs and goals.
• Maintain risk culture and comply with laws and regulations.
• Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
