Qualifications

• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor's or business-related Associate Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service transactions.
• Accurately and efficiently processes cash transactions as needed.
• Develops deep conversations to understand financial goals and connect clients to solutions.

• Manages center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls; drives client experience.
