Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a customer-focused associate to engage clients in the lobby and educate them on self-service options such as mobile, online banking, and ATM transactions. You will process cash, understand clients' financial priorities, and connect them to solutions that meet their goals.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work with diverse clients. Weekend and extended hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Six months of cash handling experience. Vietnamese or Spanish Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or business relevant associate degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.

Responsibilities

• Executes the bank's risk culture and strives for operational excellence
• Builds relationships with clients to meet financial needs
• Follows established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
• Grows business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
• Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
• Drives the client experience
• Manages cash responsibilities
