Job Description:

Client Solution Specialist at EverBank N.A.. This Client Solution Specialist position is based in Jacksonville, FL, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality service to clients by answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Handle banking transactions such as account openings, wire transfers, Zelle payments, bill pay, and account maintenance.
• Maintain and verify client account records.
• Resolve product or service issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow banking policies and regulations, document customer feedback, and support process improvements.
• Identify call trends and participate in technology and project testing.
• Adhere to risk management protocols and promote bank products to clients.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma preferred.
• No experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Customer service experience in financial services and contact centers is a plus.
• Ability to handle client issues efficiently.
• Experience with banking transactions such as account openings and money transfers.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Saturday, off on Sunday and one weekday; hours from 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid work with at least four days in-office and one remote day per week.
