Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Client Services Technician to join our environmental testing laboratory. You’ll contribute to sample receiving, documentation, and data management while training on core policies and practices.

We offer a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule, a starting pay of $17 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits program after full-time employment. No advanced degree required; on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required. We’ll train you!
• Ability to perform work in a lab or office setting, stand for long periods, handle strong odors, and wear PPE (lab coat, safety glasses, gloves) provided by Pace®.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform sample-related activities, including shipping, receiving, processing, and administration.
• Maintain and update documentation, logs, and databases to ensure accurate sample tracking.
• Participate in training on core laboratory support policies, programs, and practices.
