Job summary

Pacelabs is seeking a Client Services Technician in East Longmeadow, MA. You will be responsible for sample-related activities in our environmental testing laboratory, including shipping, receiving and accurate sample tracking.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, 401K, and paid time off. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform work in a lab or office setting.
• Willingness to wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform sample-related activities including shipping and receiving.
• Maintain documentation and logs for accurate sample tracking.
• Participate in training on laboratory support programs.
