Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services has an opening for a Client Services Technician in its environmental testing laboratory. You will begin in the sample receiving department, with full training provided to help you advance a laboratory sciences career at Pace®.

The role involves processing shipments, verifying paperwork, and logging samples into the system. The position offers Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm hours and compensation of $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills with preference for candidates with customer service, shipping, or warehouse experience.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods, handle strong odors, and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments of samples.
• Unpacking the sample coolers.
• Verifying the samples against the customer’s paperwork.
• Logging the sample into our system.
