Job summary

Pace is seeking a Client Services Technician for our Plainville, CT lab. This full-time, on-site role focuses on handling sample-related activities, processing and documentation, and ongoing training in laboratory support policies.

You will join a mission-driven team dedicated to environmental science and community safety. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a lab/office setting with PPE provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Lab or environmental testing experience preferred but training is provided.
• Ability to stand for long periods and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform sample-related activities, including shipping, receiving, processing, and administration.
• Maintain and update documentation, logs, and databases to ensure accurate sample tracking.
• Participate in training on core laboratory support policies, programs, and practices.
