Job summary

Pace Labs in Austin, TX is hiring an entry level Client Services Technician (Sample Receiving/Courier). You’ll receive training and support to safely handle client samples and support our environmental testing laboratory.

Responsibilities include driving to client offices, unloading and receiving samples, triaging, packing kits, stocking supplies and keeping areas clean. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required; lifting up to 60 lbs may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive to client offices and job sites to pick up samples and drop off supplies.
• Unload and receive client samples.
• Triaged client samples and determine sample types.
• Pack and unpack coolers and assemble client sample kits.
• Maintain and stock supplies to meet kit demands and keep area clean.
• Assist with office cleaning as needed.
