Job summary

SHC is seeking a Manager of Client Services & Support to lead the Client Services Associate team and oversee the operational functions that support client service delivery, compliance management, and onboarding. This role partners with Client Services Managers, Recruiting, Credentialing, and Leadership to ensure consistent execution of processes and service standards.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree and/or 1-2 years' equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition.
• Working knowledge of computers and software systems including Microsoft Office products and the Internet.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and with other team members.
• Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Client Support team.
• Review processes with leadership and adjust as necessary.
• Utilize TRM reports and dashboards to track submissions and compliance.
• Train new members of the Client Support team.
• Provide ongoing training and resources to staff across the organization.
• Enter field talent, client submissions and compliance documents into Vendor Management Systems.
• Provide administrative support for office staff as requested.
• Delegate responsibilities to other team members as assigned.
