Benevolent Hearts Home Care in Bedford, TX is seeking a Client Services Supervisor to oversee care plans, accompany clients to appointments, and ensure compassionate, patient-centered service.

• Drive Scheduling Excellence – Build efficient schedules for 30-40 clients, keeping overtime to a minimum.
• Collaborate & Communicate – Work closely with physicians, families, and internal teams to solve problems quickly and compassionately.
• Grow the Team – Partner with recruiters to uncover new caregiver talent pipelines and maintain a robust on-call rotation.
