SYNERGY HomeCare in Shelburne, VT is seeking a Homecare Client Services Supervisor. You will oversee caregiver operations, update client care plans, and coordinate precise schedules while maintaining the Shelburne office. You’ll also lead home assessments, hiring, and community outreach with a hands-on care component.

The role combines leadership with direct patient care, including one weekend per month on-call duties. A valid driver’s license and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in caregiving, home care, or healthcare.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to provide hands-on care when needed.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
