Client Services Specialist (Sports and Subscriptions)

The Role

As a Client Services Specialist in the Sports and Subscriptions Division, you will provide front-line support for clients at box offices nationwide. Your responsibilities include acting as a relationship manager, providing technical support, and assisting with all AXS products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop understanding of client/venue challenges.
  • Stay current with all product and service updates.
  • Respond to support requests from clients/venues.
  • Share best practices and advise on event configurations.
  • Track and report client interactions for quality assurance.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues.
  • Assist with event and promotion setup for full-service clients.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in live event ticketing and programming.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good multitasking and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Ticket Operations for sports teams.
Compensation

Pay Scale: $24.00 per hour.
