Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 0–3 months securities industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills across multiple platforms.
• Experience using CRM systems and Excel for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve a high volume of client interactions by phone, in person, or virtually.
• Assist Financial Advisors with scheduling, forms, and reporting.
• Open new client accounts and research information in internal systems.
• Prepare letters, forms, and client reports.
