Qualifications

• Previous call center experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with good grammar.
• Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems efficiently.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, accurate responses to clients and internal partners at first contact.
• Deliver operational support to internal partners, external customers, and prospective clients.
• Assist with opening, maintaining, and updating retirement accounts.
• Troubleshoot errors and review account documentation; authenticate clients per policy.
