We seek a Client Services Specialist to assess program eligibility for clients receiving home-delivered meals in Multnomah, Washington, and Clark Counties. The Client Services Specialist will liaise between contract partners, participants, and staff to ensure accurate authorization and delivery of services. Our ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills and maintain accurate records of clients. Bilingual candidates speaking a second language in Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, or other highly used languages may qualify for an additional $1.00 per hour bilingual pay differential.

General Summary
The Client Services Specialist conducts eligibility assessments for home-delivered meal clients in Multnomah, Washington, and Clark Counties. Serve as liaison between contract partners, participants, and staff to ensure accurate authorization and delivery of services. Provide in-home and remote needs assessments and resource connections to homebound clients. Input accurate and complete data on all Meals on Wheels People clients. The majority of this job is completed by phone.
