Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Client Services Specialist with our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a six-month + contract-to-hire position. This position will require working onsite 5 days a week.

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, W2, depending on skill and experience level.

Responsibilities

1. Assist multiple Operations teams supporting Investment management, banking, and loan products throughout the account lifecycle, including supporting client-facing teams nationwide in cash disbursements and related functions.
2. Facilitate cash movements for Wealth Management clients on IM and banking platforms.
3. Review documentation to ensure compliance with risk and compliance procedures.
4. Enter transactional details to facilitate cash movement.
5. Manage outgoing cash movements, including foreign and domestic wires, ACH, checks, and internal transfers.
6. Build strong partnerships with client-facing staff nationwide.
7. Perform data entry and review of sensitive client information across multiple systems.
8. Support various project tasks as needed.
