Job summary

Strada Services in Sanford, FL is seeking a Service Coordinator to work with clients to provide quality service and ensure they receive needed services. As the first contact, strong customer service and people skills are essential.

You will build relationships with partners and service providers to ensure the best possible care. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, connecting them with providers, maintaining a directory and a client database, and following up to fill ongoing service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing preferred.
• Minimum three years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' service needs and connect them with providers.
• Create and maintain a directory of service providers and resources.
• Create and maintain a database of clients and client needs.
• Assess client issues and provide recommendations to fix problems.
• Ensure each client receives necessary services and follow up.
• Maintain relationships with providers and clients to grow the base.
• Expand resources and providers to fill service gaps.
• Answer phones and respond to emails in the office.
