Job summary

Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a friendly Client Services Representative to greet passengers and coordinate seamless trip details at Santa Ana (KSNA). You will manage catering, transportation, hotel, and ground services, while handling emails and calls with professionalism.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ year in aviation client relations or luxury hospitality, strong English communication, and polished presentation. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• One or more years of aviation client relations experience preferred; luxury hospitality backgrounds encouraged.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
• Polished personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new systems.
• Valid Class C driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome passengers, pilots, and flight attendants, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
• Coordinate client trips, including catering, ground transportation, hotel, restaurant, and golf reservations.
• Arrange fuel orders and ground services for aircraft.
• Respond to client emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Perform Operator duties as required and keep the lobby welcoming and stocked.
• Support other front-of-house functions as assigned.
