L&E Research, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Client Services Representative (CSR) for an on-site, full-time role. You will welcome guests, set up rooms, assist with front desk duties, and help recruit and support study sessions.

You should be friendly, professional, able to handle a fast pace, and comfortable with some evenings and weekends. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 25 lbs are preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office and a curiosity about AI is a plus.

Client Services Representative

We’re hiring a Client Services Representative (CSR) to help us create great experiences for the people who come through our facility. If you like staying busy, working with a friendly team, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes, you’ll fit right in here.

What you’ll do

• Welcome guests and make sure they feel taken care of from the moment they arrive.
• Set up rooms, A/V, food, and materials for upcoming research sessions.
• Reset spaces quickly between studies, so the next group is ready to go.
• Cover the front desk, answer phones, and direct visitors with a professional touch.
• Pitch in on recruiting, project support, or additional team needs as they come up.
