Job summary

Boulder Veterinary Hospital, part of the Suveto network of hospitals, is looking for an experienced Client Services Representative to join our team. This full-time position offers $17.00 - $19.00 per hour and VSOP grants to team members.

The CSR will act as a liaison, provide information, and resolve client issues with accuracy and courtesy. We seek candidates with excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experience in a multi-doctor veterinary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in client services.
• Computer literate; able to navigate new software.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Boulder Veterinary Hospital is a full service small animal hospital providing excellence in care for canines and felines. Our goal is to provide our clients and patients with excellent, compassionate veterinary care in a professional yet comfortable environment. Our dedicated veterinarians and staff understand the special role pets play in our lives.

A Client Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Although this position does not provide direct care for the pets we serve, the CSR's are critical to the success of every client interaction. We work using a team-oriented approach in delivering the best in compassionate care for both the pets and clients we serve.

This is a full-time position. $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask, answer phone lines, schedule appointments, check clients in and out of the facility, and remain calm under pressure along with other misc. duties. Hours include days, nights, and weekends. Previous experience in a multi-doctor veterinary practice is preferred or past client service experience.
