St. John’s Veterinary Hospital in Saint Augustine is hiring a full-time Veterinary Receptionist for our busy 4.5-doctor small animal and exotics practice.

If you’re organized, friendly, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect fit. You’ll be the welcoming face and voice of the hospital, answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding client service in person and over the phone.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Comfortable with computers (Avimark a plus)
• Veterinary experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

Schedule

• 8–10 hour day shifts
• Monday–Friday + rotating Saturdays (4–5 hours)
• No late nights or emergency hours
