National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking an experienced Full-Time Customer Service Representative (Veterinary Receptionist) to join our veterinary hospital team in a busy clinical setting. You’ll be the first and last face clients see, setting a warm, welcoming tone for pets and their families.

The role balances client care with smooth front-desk operations, including scheduling, billing, and maintaining medical records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
