Job summary

Heather Ridge Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Services Representative to join our compassionate team. You will warmly greet clients and their pets, manage check-in/out, and support scheduling to ensure a smooth hospital flow.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior client service experience is valued, but not required; experience in veterinary/medical setting is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, rooted in empathy and honesty.
  • Basic computer skills including Office, email, and practice management software; AVImark is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and foster positive client and colleague relationships.
