Job summary

Express Employment Professionals, Oshkosh WI, is hiring for an administrative/customer service role. You will maintain filing systems, handle calls and emails, and serve as the first point of contact for customers. You will create work tickets and ensure accurate production records are kept up-to-date.

The position requires organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while delivering professional service. Weekly pay and benefits are offered in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administrative experience required
• Experience in manufacturing or production administration preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize filing systems for cutting bills, purchase orders, invoices, quotes, and packing slips
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls or messages to appropriate team members
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and courteous service
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
• Create and manage work ticket documentation in alignment with client purchase orders
• Maintain accurate production records and update documentation promptly to reflect changes
• Support administrative team members with tasks as needed
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed

Hours:

Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 3:30pm and Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00/HR

Duties:
