Job summary

Qualifications

• Dependable with regular attendance; able to work in a shared office.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Answer calls and route to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain filing systems for quotes, bills, and documentation.
• Keep production documentation accurate and updated per ISO 9001.
• Prepare and send timely reports to customers.
• Coordinate with sales, production, shipping, and accounting.
• Make day-to-day decisions following established procedures.
• Assist others with tasks and perform light office cleaning as needed.
• Support attendance and schedule adherence.

Experience Requirements2–5 years of experience in a customer service, client services, administrative support, or similar client-facing position preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required.
