The Client Services Representative will be responsible for providing support to internal and external sales consultants, their customers, and corporate accounts in assigned territories, following inventory guidelines for order fulfillment.
Responsibilities Include:
Act as liaison between customers, sales consultants, and internal departments.
Receive and process orders into the JD Edwards Enterprise One system.
Manage open order reports and investigate customer discrepancies to determine or make suggestions for corrective action.
Assist with customer inquiries such as order status, shipping information, product availability, and pricing.
Work to provide resolutions to escalated day-to-day customer issues.
Identify sales opportunities through conversations with customers and communicate them to partnered sales consultants.
Initiate credits and customer returns according to company guidelines.
Provide cross-training and backup support for the Textile team.
Qualifications Include:
High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2-5 years of B2B Customer Service experience required. Prior Sales or Account Management preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience with ERP systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
