What You’ll Do Craft tailored leisure travel experiences for individual and group travelers within the U.S. and internationally Design and book complete travel packages including flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and custom experiences Serve as a go-to travel expert, offering guidance, inspiration, and proactive support throughout the booking process Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients via phone, chat, and email Build long-term relationships by understanding client preferences and going above and beyond their expectations Uphold company values and travel policies while staying flexible to client needs Meet goals related to customer satisfaction, quality of service, and response times What We’re Looking For Prior experience in leisure travel, lifestyle concierge services, or luxury trip planning Deep knowledge of global destinations, boutique accommodations, cruise lines, and cultural travel trends A passion for creating meaningful travel experiences High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a client-first mindset Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team Clear, warm, and professional communication skills Schedule & Pay This is a remote position available to U.S.-based candidates. Commission Based Annual income NON CAPPED
