Job summary

Apogee Architectural Metals, a segment of Apogee Enterprises, is seeking a Project Manager for Client Services to oversee project lifecycles from pre-award to completion within a manufacturing environment. You will coordinate orders, RFIs, changes, and schedules while maintaining strong client communication and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience and an associate degree, with travel less than 25% to site locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent field plus 5+ years project management experience.
• Experience managing projects in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to resolve issues.
• Experience reading shop and fabrication drawings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-award through full life cycle, ensuring scope commitments are met.
• Provide timely client service communication to stakeholders, verbally and in writing.
• Review orders, estimates and RFI’s to ensure information is complete and executable.
• Coordinate change orders to keep material and services billable and allocable.
• Develop project schedules and milestones to meet client expectations.
• Communicate project updates and backorders to clients clearly and promptly.
