Job summary

Apogee Architectural Metals, part of Apogee Enterprises, is seeking a Project Manager for Client Services in Monett, MO to manage projects from pre-award through completion, ensuring margins and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with internal teams across manufacturing sites, review orders, schedule, communicate with clients, and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and/or 5+ years project management experience.
• Experience in managing projects in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Continuous Improvement (CI) training is a plus.
• Commercial construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: prioritize client needs, resolve issues, maintain clear communication.
• Order planning/processing: review POs, coordinate RFIs, track change orders.
• Load planning/logistics: assist shipping, communicate schedule changes, meet client expectations.
• Compliance/processes: maintain files and follow company policies.
