The Client Service Associate (CSA) plays a critical role in supporting Boston Partners’ institutional, sub-advisory, and high-net-worth client relationships. Serving as a direct point of contact for clients and consultants, the CSA manages routine lifecycle transaction needs, coordinates responses to ad hoc requests, and works closely with Relationship Managers to support the overall client experience. In this capacity, the CSA acts as a liaison across internal departments, provides backup coverage for assigned Relationship Managers, and helps deliver consistent, high-quality service in a fast-paced investment management environment.
Job may require working beyond regular business hours on a periodic basis.
The pay range for this position is $75,000-$90,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certification obtained. Market and Firm factors are also considered.
In addition to the base salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
