This entry-level opportunity offers training to obtain SIE and Series exams, plus competitive benefits, and a base pay range of $22.50 to $27.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Eager to grow in the Financial Services industry with certification opportunities.
• High school graduate; post-secondary education or relevant experience preferred.
• Solid technology skills and desire to learn new tools to improve client experience.
• Proven ability to build client relationships with strong communication and problem‑solving.
• Detail oriented with the ability to handle semi-advanced math accurately.
• Ability to manage multiple demands in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinarily professional client service managing requests and account maintenance.
• Review, process and resolve complex client account issues and suspicious activity.
• Assist with crafting comprehensive financial plans for clients.
• Support periodic client mailings, communications and events.
• Facilitate the transfer of funds and/or securities and issuance of checks.
• Adhere to branch, firm and compliance policies; other duties as assigned.
