Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Call Center experience preferred.
• Typing speed of 45 wpm or faster.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SERVICE TITAN experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive a high volume of inbound calls and book appointments.
• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions; de-escalate when needed.
• Use critical thinking to resolve client issues and determine best solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of products and services.
• Enter accurate records of client interactions and actions taken.
• Meet productivity standards and follow call scripts.
