IntraFi LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our Client Services team, delivering a personal, helpful, and simple experience to banks and financial institutions.

You will respond to inquiries by phone and email, train new member banks for onboarding, and develop trainings for ongoing support, while collaborating across departments to improve technology and processes. This role offers growth and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• AI tools experience to optimize workflows, problem-solving, and productivity.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience with demonstrated ability to provide high-quality service
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ownership and accountability for learning and workload management
• Professional and friendly phone manner to build and maintain superb customer relationships over the phone
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and alone
• Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to multitask within tight deadlines; excellent organizational skills; self-directed and results/goal-oriented
• Ability to deal with change and quickly adapt to evolving business priorities and the introduction of new concepts
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues via phone and email
• Training new member banks for onboarding and operational implementation
• Developing and presenting customer trainings for ongoing support
• Working cross-departmentally to develop and prioritize technology and process improvements
• Executing ongoing and ad hoc administrative tasks and projects (e.g., document processing, data entry)
