Job summary

Hightower Westchester in Harrison, NY seeks a Client Service and Operations Associate to support a fast-paced wealth management practice. This in-office role collaborates with a seasoned team to deliver exceptional client experiences and efficient operational processes.

You will handle account services, onboarding with Fidelity, CRM updates, calendar coordination, and event support, while pursuing required licenses if needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Services or Client Service.
• Series 65 required; if not licensed, must be achieved within 6 months.
• In-office work environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete operational tasks and workflows including account services and processing.
• Field client requests and ensure needs are met while following compliance.
• Manage client timelines and complete multi-step tasks.
• Work with Fidelity to open accounts and handle service requests.
• Open and update separately managed accounts.
• Prepare subscription documents for alternative investments.
• Update CRM (Salesforce) with contacts and status updates.
• Greet clients in the office and on the phone; schedule meetings/travel.
• Assist Marketing with client events and gifts.
• Support various roles within the practice to learn different functions.
