Cognetic Capital Advisors, a Westchester-based family wealth management firm, is seeking a Client Service and Operations Associate to support high-touch client service, account administration, and daily operating workflows in White Plains, NY.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with a wealth management firm.
• Licenses: FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Account administration for new openings, transfers, wires, journals, checks, EFTs and distributions.
• Monitor client communications and coordinate follow-up on capital calls and alerts.
• Provide backup coverage and support audits, document requests and projects.
• Maintain electronic client records and firm documents to standards.
