Morgan Stanley is seeking a Client Service Associate to help shape the client experience and growth of the business. This role requires understanding firm policies and capabilities to deliver the full firm to clients in a professional manner.

The position emphasizes relationship management, onboarding, and coordinating with Financial Advisors to execute client service strategies while supporting marketing efforts and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong written, interpersonal and client service skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational ability.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to obtain securities licenses (Series 7/66/63/65).

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through proactive communication and processing requests.
• Identify Firm services and digital offerings to support client needs.
• Confirm authorization and authenticate clients when processing requests.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collecting required information and documents.
• Review client account alerts and take appropriate actions.
• Partner with Financial Advisors to develop and deliver client service models.
• Support marketing by maintaining materials and planning client events.
• Participate in training programs and firm initiatives, including meetings.
• Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors (travel, expenses, calendar).
• Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and best practices.
