Job summary

Morgan Stanley seeks a Registered Client Service Associate to support clients, process requests, and guide them through firm services and digital platforms. You will work with Financial Advisors to onboard accounts, handle money movements, and prepare client plans and reports for meetings.

Ideal candidates have the required licenses, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying current on policies and new platforms.

Qualifications

• Active Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred
• College degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance new and existing client relationships through active communication with clients, processing client requests, resolving inquiries and guiding clients to firm services
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collect client information and required documentation, and process money movements
• Input orders at the direction of clients and discuss reinvestment options and corporate actions
• Prepare financial plans, client reports, and other materials for client meetings
• Support Financial Advisors, and assist with marketing materials and client events
