Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Client Service Associate in Washington, DC to advance client relationships and support business growth by delivering a high standard of service. You will assist with onboarding, processing requests, and guiding clients through Morgan Stanley Online and Mobile solutions.

The role requires understanding firm policies, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with Financial Advisors to execute the client service model.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in client service is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain securities licenses (Series 7/66/63/65) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through proactive communication.
• Assist with onboarding and maintenance of client accounts and documentation.
• Identify Morgan Stanley services and solutions to meet client needs.
• Support Financial Advisors in daily business activities and planning client events.
