Job summary

WR Immigration is seeking a Client Services Coordinator for the Santa Monica team. This remote-friendly, full-time role supports onboarding, reporting, and data management for large corporate clients, with access to WRapid tools and dashboards.

You will collaborate with Partners and Attorneys to produce client-specific reports, manage data integrity, and help prepare proposals and presentations. Eligible candidates have a bachelor’s degree and immigration experience or related roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic record.
• 2+ years in business immigration as a paralegal or related role.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data management.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding of new corporate clients and organize documents.
• Collaborate with Partners and Managing Attorneys to prepare and deliver reports and client tools.
• Develop familiarity with WRapid report generation, filtering, and subscriptions for reporting needs.
• Create reports needed for legal team success and update billing and forecasting templates.
• Maintain data integrity in WRapid and address data discrepancies.
• Assist with training materials for client presentations and support in trainings.
