Job summary

Alta California Regional Center in Roseville is seeking a Client Services Manager to supervise a unit of Service Coordinators serving adult clients and their circles of support. You will recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and Regional Center policies.

You will participate on Leadership Team to develop policies and procedures, provide education on services, and offer emergency on-call support for assigned staff to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services field or related discipline.
• Three years of experience in a human service agency, preferably developmental disabilities, or five years with a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a unit of Service Coordinators serving adult clients and their circles of support.
• Recruit, train, coach, monitor, and evaluate staff; ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Review cases and documentation; participate in committees; provide education and training on services.
